A beautifully converted house of character in Xewkija Gozo overlooks a large plain of fields and a distant sea view also meets with the horizon. It is located in a quite area and with 5 bedrooms it is ideal either for a quite family break or for a relaxing holiday with your friends. Conversion of this house is a combination of rustic and modern style.
As you go in through the entrance, guests are welcome by a hall with a staircase followed by a doorway which leads to the rest of the house.
On the way out of the entrance hall one will find a sitting room equipped with a TV and telephone followed by a well-lit sun roofed room providing plenty of light and next to that, is a double bedroom. Moving on, the next room is a kitchen combined with a dining room also having a bathroom with a Jacuzzi from where the sight of the local pool next to the bathroom can be enjoyed while relaxing in peace. On the other side of the pool area is another bedroom with a garden next to it. Further in through the garden is a back terrace where one can enjoy a vast view of fields and distant sea.
At the top of the staircase leading to the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and also has a door leading to a balcony overlooking the main road. Next to this room there's a bedroom with two single beds and again next to it there is a 3rd bedroom with two single beds. From this room you can enjoy a very nice country view.
