Booking

Booking must be made by persons aged 18 years or over and have the authority to accept and do accept bookings on behalf of their party the terms of these booking conditions. All correspondence and documents are sent to the contact person indicated in the form who is also responsible to us for all payments in respect of the bookings.

Changes in booking are to be forwarded the earliest possible and are subject to acceptance and/or availability.

 

Payments

50% deposit of the total amount will be required to confirm the booking and is to be effected by not later then 7 days from the date of booking acceptance. Short notice bookings are normally accepted (if available), but may incur additional charges.

Additional services requested are to be paid in full, and forwarded with the deposit (not including).

Final payment of the remaining amount is to be settled upon arrival.

Payments may be done through bank transfers or by cheques.

Please make sure that payments are effected by the agreed time. Late payments may incur the cancellation of your reservation without notice.

Special payment arrangements can be made and are subject to acceptance. These are to be indicated and agreed upon during booking process.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation must be provided in writing by mail, fax or e-mail. Oral cancellation by phone may not be accepted. Should booking be cancelled, the 50% deposit and additional charges will be retained as cancellation fee.

 

Check-in

Check-in time is at 3:00pm (15:00 hrs) on the day of arrival. Check-out time is expected by guests by 11:00am (11:00 hrs) on the day of departure.

 

Additional Charges

Specific requirements and additional services are provided at an extra charge including items indicated in this site as 'optional' and in the 'services' page. Clients are requested to inform us during the booking process of any needs in order to comply to their requests in time. Last minute requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

 

Capacity

Property capacity is as indicated in this web site. Thus special arrangement can be made to accommodate more persons since various houses have larger rooms in which extra beds can be added. Cots and highchairs for families with young children are also available on demand.

 

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is provided once a week at no extra charge. This include chamber maid service, linen change, pool and/or garden maintenance. Guests will be informed about the days and time when to expect maintenance people upon arrival.

 

Property damage

Any damage to the property or chattels caused by guests will be charged to the person in charge or the guests. A security deposit or credit card imprint will be required on arrival. Should guests find the property damaged prior to their stay, they are requested to inform the please advice our office immediately on +356 9982 1550. Failure to do so will deem you to be totally responsible for the condition of the property on departure.
